"I just finished the last of the courses, my CNHS...and passed.

I have to admit I picked this because I was hell-bent on getting my CRS, just wanted to get it DONE. But what I discovered was I truly enjoyed all that I learned, from the RCC, which I did in one day, to getting so psyched about the New Homes Sales, I picked up the phone and called a builder, got him to talk to me for 10 minutes and set an appointment for next month. What clinched it was when I made the comment about why we earn the big bucks..."yeah, he said, "I always thought real estate people made a disproportionate amount to the risk taken" I said, "I really was joking, because we don't make any money until we sell your homes. What if I could make it where you didn't have to deal with the buyers on a day to day basis...what would that be worth to you? " I had him at that! I could just hear the change in his attitude, from yeah, what's in it for me to...Ok, I could really work with that!

I've been selling real estate for 5 years but recently chucked everything out the window and moved to North Carolina to start my new life...I know this is where I was meant to be and now I know what I am meant to do...kick some serious butt selling new homes! You're the best!"
