Please read the following Terms of Membership:
v      The NHBAN assists my new home buyers by introducing them to NHBAN Certified Brokers — qualified real estate brokers who will professionally coordinate the marketing and sale of their existing homes. v      The referral of my buyers to NHBAN Certified Brokers is made with an understanding that:        a) An agreement to purchase a new home exists between my company and new home buyers I will refer to the NHBAN.        b) In consideration of this agreement and in conformance with the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, NHBAN Certified Brokers agree to not participate in the referral, showing or sale of any other home to my buyers. v      There is no obligation on the part of my new home buyers to enter into an agreement with brokers introduced by the NHBAN — they enter into a marketing/listing agreement only if and when they choose, under terms and conditions agreed to by them and the broker of their choice. v      Membership in the NHBAN is free to me as a builder. Additionally, there are no fees charged to me or my new home buyers by the NHBAN for assistance services provided. My buyers will be charged a marketing commission for the sale of their current home only per the terms of any marketing/listing agreement into which they may choose to enter.
