Sellnewhomes.com is your source for the Certified New Home Specialist™ and
Residential Construction Certified™ training and marketing products. We are
committed to making your experience with us in every way satisfying and
safe. Recognizing that the security of the personal information you share
with us is of utmost importance to you, protecting your privacy is of utmost
importance to us.
Because we gather certain types of information about our customers and
members, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions
surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement
discloses what information we gather and how we use it.
INFORMATION WE GATHER
Sellnewhomes.com gathers two types of information about users:
1. Personally identifiable information (individually identifiable
information about an individual consumer) is collected from our customers
and members through optional, voluntary submissions and also by placing
orders for any of our products or services. Examples include (but are not
limited to) submissions to receive further information and/or to place
orders for any of our products or services. These submissions may occur
through the completion of online forms, documents faxed or mailed to us, or
through telephone conversation.
The personally identifiable information we may collect includes: products
ordered, time and date of order, first and last name, company name, billing
and/or business address, telephone number, email address, payment type and
credit card information for payment of order and date of completion of the
training program.
1a. Additionally, sellnewhomes.com uses separate web service providers for
the distribution of emails and newsletters. Users may click at the bottom of
every email to unsubscribe from emails and/or update their profile. Our
service providers are prohibited from using your personally identifiable
information. Any personally identifiable information is treated in the same
manner as personally identifiable information gathered on sellnewhomes.com.
2. Sellnewhomes.com also gathers non-personally identifiable through website
traffic tracking software which primarily tallies page views throughout our
sites. This tracking software may identify your internet service provider
and browser type, but does not identify any information about you as an
individual. This information allows us to better tailor the design of our
website to our visitors needs and to help us better understand the
demographics of our audience.
SHARING AND USE OF INFORMATION
Sellnewhomes.com does share information with some partners/sponsors.
1. As members of the RE/MAX Approved Supplier Program, RE/MAX Inc. requires
a list of all RE/MAX associates who have ordered the Certified New Home
Specialist™ training or products. The information they require includes and
is strictly limited to: first and last name, date and type of product
ordered, address, phone number, email address and date of training
completion. Additionally, sellnewhomes.com may share the above information
with its other private label partners: GMAC, Prudential, Coldwell Banker,
Century 21, ERA and Keller Williams or any other approved partners.
2. For those States for which we offer continuing education, we may send
your personally identifiable information so that you may receive continuing
education.
3. As partners with Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), we provide a
list of people who have completed the training as a benefit to our students
so that they may receive credit toward the CRS designation. This information
is strictly limited to: course completed, first and last name, address,
phone number, email address and date of completion.
From time to time, sellnewhomes.com may create aggregate reports reflecting
non-personally identifiable information such as website demographics,
traffic patterns and other statistics relative to our business activities
for advertisers, sponsors, partners and others. These aggregated reports do
not disclose individual information or activities.
Occasionally, we may use your contact information to send you offers for
products or services we feel you may find of interest. If you prefer not to
receive these unsolicited communications, please contact us at privacy@sellnewhomes.com.
Under no circumstances do we disclose any personally identifiable
information about any individual to any party outside the abovementioned
except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect
the personal safety of our buyers, members or the public.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
Clicking on certain links within sellnewhomes.com may transfer you to the
site of an independent third party, which may be a sponsor, advertiser,
partner or other source of information which is provided as a convenience.
Sellnewhomes.com has no control over the content, privacy policies or terms
of use of these sites or other sites they may provide links to.
Sellnewhomes.com makes no endorsement of these third-party sites and cannot
take responsibility in any way for your experience or the security of your
information there. Please read the Privacy Statements of these sites to
protect your privacy.

Sellnewhomes.com makes reasonable efforts to assure your privacy and
security. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and
enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the
information provided by our customers.

consent to the collection and use of the information you submit to
sellnewhomes.com as described in this statement. If changes are made to our
privacy policy, those changes will be reflected in this Privacy Statement to
allow you to maintain your awareness of what information we collect, how we
use it, and under what circumstances it is disclosed.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
Because our Web site will continue to implement new technologies and we will
improve the services and features we provide, this policy is subject to
change without prior notice. For that reason, we encourage you to review the
privacy policy periodically. If sellnewhomes.com intends to use your
personally identifiable information in a manner significantly different from
that stated at the time of collection, we will attempt to notify you via
email. Any revisions to the privacy policy will noted by date at the top of
