Please note: Each test is open book, multiple-choice and must be completed in one sitting. Please have your real estate license number and order registration number handy (not required for 203k Specialist test). Upon submitting your test, if you don't receive a score of 80% or better, you'll be given additional opportunities to refer back to your training materials and take the test until you do earn a passing score.
